Innovation Dayz, powered by Found.ation & EIT Digital

Innovation Dayz is a unique activity that strengthens young entrepreneurship and innovation among students, bringing them in touch with innovative organizations of the Greek market. It is organized by Found.ation, in collaboration with EIT Digital, the leading European organization supporting digital innovation.

In this context, they will collaborate with professionals in the field of start-ups and innovation and create new innovative digital products and/or services in selected sectors of the economy. This year, the challenge of Innovation Dayz is equitable access to health care.

What Innovation Dayz offers:

• Added value and knowledge in new subjects, through the exchange of ideas and co-creation of innovative business ideas/products/services.
• Creating start-up ideas that can “run” immediately in a real scenario.
• Boost productivity and upgrade to new ways of thinking.
• Learning new design-thinking tools and methodologies.
• Direct connection to the labor market and to professionals in the field of innovation.

Basic program information:

• Innovation Dayz is divided into 4 main stages that will take place during the event (Introduction, Team Clustering – Brainstorming & Mentoring, Business Concepts Development, Live Pitching & Conclusions)
• Event Date: October 19, 2022.
• Application deadline: October 12, 2022.
• Number of participants: up to 20 people
• Innovation Dayz will be held entirely live at the Serafion of the Municipality of Athens (Ehelido 19 & Piraeus 144).

Who can apply:

• Applications are accepted from undergraduate students of Greek universities who have not yet completed their studies.
• We encourage the participation of people from different scientific directions! The creation of innovative products and/or services challenges is enhanced by the diversity and collaboration of different specialties.
