Cultural Hackathon, powered by ENVISION

Applications are now open for the first cultural entrepreneurship hackathon involving entrepreneurs from the Culture and Creativity Sectors (CSS) and innovative organizations that are market leaders.

The Cultural Hackathon is a one-of-a-kind initiative that promotes entrepreneurship and innovation among CCS stakeholders who have been significantly affected by the COVID-19 situation and want to broaden their entrepreneurial and digital competencies to adapt to the “new normal” and become more resilient. It is organized by ENVISION, a highly creative 24-month initiative co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme.

Applicants will work with professionals from the start-up and innovation sectors to develop new innovative digital goods and/or services in this context.

If you have the potential to contribute towards this direction and create new business ideas with the guidance of experienced innovation executives, fill in this form by 20 February 2023.

*In order to take part in the hackathon, participants must be registered in the ENVISION Platform, and have successfully completed at least 1 training module. The email you will use in this form must be the same email you used to register to the platform.

The Cultural Hackathon provides:

  • Added value and expertise in new areas through idea exchange and co-creation of innovative business ideas/products/services.
  • Development of start-up concepts that can “run” in a real-world environment.
  • Increasing productivity and adopting new ways of thinking.
  • Becoming acquainted with new design-thinking tools and processes.
  • Direct contact with the labour market and specialists in innovation.
