• The workforce of the developers is young, with 48% belonging to the 25-35 age group.
• 66% of the participants are looking for new opportunities, and 60% are willing to move to a new place if the appropriate position comes along.
• Of those seeking for a job, 50% are Junior developers, 46% are university graduates and 22% have a postgraduate degree.
