Found.ation has designed a competition-format mechanism that enhances the culture of innovation and creates a path for ideas to become prototypes that can then be converted to projects. Employees across the organization can apply in the competition and take part with innovative ideas and projects focusing on key areas and real problems of the company. After a careful selection, the top participants take part in a bootcamp and an innovation lab where they are taught methods that help them convert their ideas to real projects and understand the concepts of service design and customer experience.
