The aim of our framework is to provide a short staged and structured process for an organization to assess itself and start on the path of using agile methodologies. Initially an assessment of the current business agility takes place, with specific areas identified. KPIs and key training needs are detected and an implementation plan template that includes a low risk case is set. The plan takes into account the time for people to adapt and the methodology to demonstrate the expected benefits, while setting regular monitoring by facilitating online/offline events and a review and adapt step. The assessment is both quantitative and qualitative so that it can be reproduced for future repetitions and comparisons if necessary.
Obtain background information, agree on a Definition of Done and assess the current status.
Bring onboard subject matter expertise depending on the real needs, challenges and opportunities of the organization.
Create a custom agile plan for the organization and present results and learnings for further improvements.
