A design-led sprint is a unique, replicable process that can solve business challenges fast and efficiently, while aligning and onboarding employees. Oriented on customers’ needs, sprints let multidisciplinary teams reach clearly defined objectives over a short period of time measured in days and weeks. Through this process the required outcome is achieved faster - whether this is the redesign of a service, a new technological framework for your organization, an innovative way of communicating with your customers or a totally novel product experience. The aim is to spark innovative thinking in a fast process using agile and design thinking methodologies.
HOW WE DO IT

The aim of this framework is to tackle a specific challenge or opportunity head-on and solve it in a short period of time. Τhis can be as short as 2 or 3 weeks. We follow a 5-phase framework where critical business questions are answered with rapid prototyping and user testing. Our experts -technologists, CX designers, data specialists, performance campaigners- team up with stakeholders from your organization to create a cross-functional “cell” and deliver specific outcomes. One week of deep-dive research and analysis is followed by a period of intensive work that includes immersive workshops. The end result is specific deliverables and a clearly defined actionable roadmap.
